Accommodation

Caldey Grange can accommodate up to 18 residents, with rooms designed to be both comfortable and personal. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and include essential furnishings, with space for residents to add their own touches—like favourite photos, keepsakes, and ornaments. All rooms provide washing facilities.

We believe a room should be more than just a space to sleep—it should be a true reflection of home.

Our shared living spaces are designed to bring people together while offering room to unwind in peace. The heart of the home is the lounge and conservatory area—where residents can watch television, listen to music, or join in with group activities in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

For meals, residents enjoy a dedicated dining area, which feels just like a traditional family dining room.

Outdoors, residents can enjoy both a pleasant front garden and a large rear garden, each with sheltered spots for sun or shade. High raised planting boxes make gardening accessible to everyone—no bending required—and residents are encouraged to take part in planting and seasonal gardening activities at their own pace.

Communal Spaces

At Caldey Grange, we have several lounges and dining areas that are well furnished, comfortable and airy places to relax and socialise in. These rooms have music and television facilities. There are many activities and games organised for those who wish to take part in these areas. Our Activity Coordinators will also enable and encourage those with particular hobbies and pastimes to continue to enjoy these and this is also the case if a little help is now needed.

For those that prefer a quieter environment, we have two conservatories and a sun lounge where Residents can relax. There is a well appointed sensory garden for Residents to enjoy. There is also the option for Residents to indulge in a spot of gardening. The garden has been designed to offer areas to sit in the sun or shade as the individual prefers. There are points of interest all over the garden and activities are often held outside weather permitting. There are many quiet areas should they be required, due to the large area the garden incorporates.
